Cabbage soup diet
Make soup by using:
Day one: you must eat all fruits along with soup.
Day two: vegetables, try to eat raw if possible, baked patio can be eaten without butter.
Day three: vegetables and fruits, avoid banana and potato.
Day four: skimmed milk and banana, you can eat as many bananas you want and can drink as much skimmed milk you want.
Day five: skinless chicken, beef, fish can be eaten not more than 20 ounces. Eat at least two bowl of soup.
Day six: vegetable fish, chicken. Drink at least one bowl of soup and drink not less than 8 glasses.
Day seven: vegetables, fruit juices with out sugar and brown rice can also be eaten.
Make sure to drink lots of water!!

- Onion (green onion or white works best)
- 1 Can diced tomatos and/or tomato paste\
- Spices + herbs (curry, onion powder, chili, garlic etc - use whatever you want but no salt)
